New Announcement- Annual Baseline Audit Reports are provided as a standard service for customers with an active Hardware Maintenance Contract for their backup servers (as indicated on their maintenance agreement).

Level 2: Monitor and Advise Service – Source Direct’s industry leading Backup Specialists make recommendations to optimize and improve your current backup and restore operations.

Level 3: Your backups performed by Source Direct as a service – A team of Source Direct Backup Specialists are assigned to perform backups as a service according to strict SLA agreements.

Level 4: Backup Service Modernization – Source Direct integrates a backup appliance into your environment and performs backups as a service with a greater than 98% success rate.

Level 5: Offsite Replication – For complete assurance of data protection and disaster recovery. This service features data de-duplication and provides critical features required to protect all their data – from remote office to virtual environment to data center.

How We Operate

Source Direct begins with an assessment of your current backup environment to uncover areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize your backup and recovery operations.

Day-to-day backup operations are managed by your assigned Backup team who also provides daily, weekly and monthly reports summarizing success rates, SLA attainment, storage capacity, and any other issues that may impact your day-to-day operations. Service reporting on nightly backup reports and a monthly service summary is provided at month-end.
